Management liability claims are expected to soar in the wake of Covid-19, but the extent to which company directors will be held to account for their handling of the crisis is yet to be seen.

As D&O risk underwriters and brokers examine the exposures related to the pandemic, it’s becoming clear that D&O, particularly EPLI will be subject to a range of exposures stemming from the COVID-19 crisis.

Steven is a commercial lawyer with 30 years’ experience in the international financial services sector in the UK and Asia-Pacific, specialising in the regulatory and contentious aspects of commercial insurance and reinsurance, with a focus on financial lines. He is currently a Semester Professor at Bond University in Australia, leading the Privacy and Cyber-Security Subject within Bond University's Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance.
